Our customizations take about a week or two to complete. The shipping price will be calculated based on weight of the items being shipped. Shipping information will be provided during checkout. All shipping comes with tracking information.

Due to the nature of our business, we take time to ensure each product has been thoroughly inspected and accurate before shipping. We send our customers a picture of the finsihed design for their approval before shipping. To this end, refunds and exchanges are highly unlikely, but are accessed on a case by case situation.
